01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ck4441 platform — including its casino games, sports betting products, live dealer tables, crash games, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and ck4441.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ck4441 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Language

The governing version of these Terms & Conditions is the English-language version published at ck4441.app/terms-conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All formal correspondence, dispute submissions, and account communications between players and ck4441 must be conducted in English.

Amendments

ck4441 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal processing times, bonus wagering requirements, or account verification procedures — ck4441 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Non-material editorial changes (such as clarifying existing language without altering player rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the ck4441 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ck4441 enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual player on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either through ck4441 or any other gaming platform, that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You have not previously had a ck4441 account terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

Geographic Eligibility

ck4441 is operated as an English-language platform designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, serving players across all eight divisions including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. ck4441 makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in any particular location beyond the markets it serves.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of ck4441 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account via the ck4441 Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ck4441 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time.

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age restriction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ck4441 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck4441 will close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and may confiscate any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck4441 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ck4441 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ck4441 support immediately. ck4441 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, ck4441 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ck4441 supports a range of payment methods designed to serve players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), Upay (UCB MFS), SureCash, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) or the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the prevailing rate.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly with no deposit fee charged by ck4441. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposit limits may vary by payment method. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of blockchain confirmations, which typically takes between 10 and 30 minutes depending on network conditions.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to any applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule), except in cases where the original payment method is no longer available, in which case alternative arrangements must be agreed with the ck4441 support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Any bonus funds received must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• ck4441 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of deposit method or account history.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• ck4441 may impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-day basis. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier section.

Currency & Exchange

The ck4441 platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) as the primary account currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit confirmation. ck4441 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ck4441 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant periods in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the account registration process and met any applicable deposit requirements.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus offers cannot be retrospectively applied.
• ck4441 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any one time, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

ck4441 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk bets (such as betting on both outcomes of the same event) to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated software to generate bonus turnover. Where bonus abuse is detected, ck4441 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play, and to suspend or permanently close the offending account without prior notice.

Welcome Bonus

The ck4441 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.

06 Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All games available on the ck4441 platform — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, crash games from Spribe, and sportsbook markets — are subject to their individual game rules in addition to these general wagering rules.

Casino Games

All casino games on the ck4441 platform use independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by ck4441, game providers, or players. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be void and the stake returned to the player's account. ck4441 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or accepted due to a technical fault.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ck4441 cover cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, handball, kabaddi, tennis, hockey, and other events. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

• In-play bets are accepted up to the point at which the relevant market is closed by ck4441's trading team, which may occur before the conclusion of an event.
• ck4441 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets placed by players identified as professional or sharp bettors.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement.
• Bets placed on events in which the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided.

Responsible Wagering

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck4441 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances including pending withdrawals.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the ck4441 platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after deposits have been credited to your ck4441 account and used for wagering.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to interact with the ck4441 platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another player's ck4441 account without authorisation, or impersonating another person during the registration or verification process.
• Abusive behaviour: Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward ck4441 support staff or other players within any platform communication channel.
• Duplicate accounts: Opening or operating more than one ck4441 account for any reason, including to circumvent self-exclusion, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade account restrictions.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ck4441 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, or where account activity triggers fraud, security, or responsible gaming concerns.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their ck4441 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receiving a closure request, ck4441 will process any pending withdrawals of verified cleared funds before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure unless the closure is initiated under a self-exclusion request, in which case responsible gaming provisions apply.

ck4441-Initiated Suspension

ck4441 may suspend an account pending investigation in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate account activity or bonus abuse.
• A request from a payment provider, financial institution, or law enforcement authority.

During a suspension, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. ck4441 will aim to complete all account investigations within 14 business days of initiating a suspension. Players subject to investigation will be contacted at the email address registered to their account.

Self-Exclusion & Responsible Closure

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the ck4441 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent. Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon permanent account closure initiated by either party (other than closure for breach of these Terms), any cleared real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Balances arising from bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering conditions will not be returned. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, ck4441 reserves the right to confiscate the entire account balance, including real-money deposits, where the breach involved fraud, duplicate accounts, or bonus abuse.
